We don't charge upfront fees or retainers.If we need to prepare a detailed sales prospectus (an Information Memorandum), you'll cover the design and production costs.If we can't sell your business, you don't pay for our time and effort.We work on a Success Fee. We only get paid on success, i.e. when we sell your business.
