Founded in 2007, The English Language Academy had built a strong reputation in Dublin, with around 300 enrolled students at the time of sale.

The Sale

The owners were planning to emigrate and needed to find the right buyer — someone who would continue their legacy and maintain the high standards they had built. They turned to James Dixey for help.

Dixey created an innovative Information Memorandum that generated interest from potential buyers around the world. The business was ultimately sold to an Australian educational group, who the founders were delighted to hand the academy over to. The sale process ran smoothly, allowing the original owners to emigrate as planned and entrust their business to capable hands.
